Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are between Duhha Yazılım Limited Şirketi (a limited liability company incorporated in Türkiye; “tasaroof”, “we”), the developer and operator of the tasaroof mobile app, and the user of the app (“you”). By using the app you accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. The original, legally authoritative version of this agreement is the Turkish-language Kullanım Koşulları; if the two versions ever conflict on wording, the Turkish version governs. This Agreement is governed by Turkish law regardless of which language you’re reading it in (see §10).
1. Description of the Service
tasaroof is an information and tracking tool that lets you record your vehicle, child, home, workplace, land, and pet information, plus expenses tied to those assets or entered as general expenses; get reminders for important dates; set a monthly budget limit per category; create savings goals and log contributions; record your income and see your income-vs-expense gap; save your own external subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) and get payment reminders; and connect to insurance partners. It does not provide insurance brokerage, financial/legal advice, or an official record- keeping service.
2. Membership and Account
- Registration requires an email address and email verification (OTP).
- The app is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
- Only one active account may be opened per email address.
- You are responsible for your account’s security and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
3. User Obligations
You will use the app only lawfully and for personal purposes; you will not enter another person’s data without permission or record false information; you will not take actions that threaten the app’s security (reverse engineering, automated access, excessive load on the service). Violations may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
4. Reminders and Data Accuracy
- Reminder dates in the app (vehicle: inspection, traffic insurance, comprehensive insurance, emissions, maintenance; home: DASK, maintenance, lease renewal, property tax; workplace: insurance, lease renewal, license renewal, property tax; land: property tax; pet: vaccination, vet checkup, parasite treatment) are informational and based on the data you entered. They are not an official or legal source.
- Notifications are scheduled locally on your device; they may not arrive or may be delayed due to your device being off, notification permissions being disabled, OS restrictions, or missing/ incorrect data.
- You remain responsible for meeting legal obligations on time, such as vehicle inspection or insurance renewal. tasaroof is not liable for damage arising from a missed date or an undelivered notification.
- Likewise, budget limit, savings goal, and income-vs-expense notifications are also informational and are based on the amounts/categories you entered; these too may not arrive or may be delayed, and do not constitute official financial advice or a commitment.
5. Third-Party Services and Insurance Redirects
Redirecting to a vehicle insurance, DASK (home insurance), or workplace insurance partner only happens through your own action. The partner’s site, products, and pricing are the partner’s responsibility. tasaroof may earn commission/affiliate revenue from these redirects; this does not cost you anything extra. Email verification (OTP) is provided through our email delivery provider (Azure Communication Services).
6. Pricing
In the V1 release, the app is free; there is no in-app purchase or subscription. If paid features are added later, terms will be announced in advance.
7. Intellectual Property
The “tasaroof” name, logo, and all of the app’s software/design/content belong to tasaroof. The vehicle/child/home/workplace/land/pet/expense/budget-limit/savings-goal/income data you enter belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service, under our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, tasaroof is not liable for data loss, loss of profit, or indirect or incidental damages. This clause does not remove any non-waivable rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Account Termination and Data Deletion
You can close your account at any time in the app under Profile → Delete my account, which takes effect immediately; if you can’t access the app, email destek@tasaroof.com (email requests are processed within 30 days). When your account is closed, your data is deleted or anonymized, subject to any legal retention obligations.
10. Changes and Governing Law
tasaroof may update this Agreement; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes. For consumer transactions, your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and Consumer Court in your place of residence is reserved.
